CORONAVIRUS Update 10/11/21
We are pleased to confirm that we are again welcoming clients into the building for medical appointments, although our reception area remains closed. Masking is required at all times. Please call us upon arrival for over the phone check-in.
We are continuing curbside service at this time for clients who prefer curbside service, vaccinations only appointments, surgery drop-offs and pick ups and medication pick-up.
This is an evolving situation and we will strive to continue to provide services for your pets. Further modifications to our services or our hours of operation will be posted here, so check for updates.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our team and yourselves safe and healthy during these challenging times.

Curbside CHeck-in
Upon arrival at the clinic for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call us at 877-8370.
We will check your pet in over the phone and then let you know when we are ready to receive you and your pet in the building.
Masks will be required at all times in our building.
prescription refills
Please utilize the green Refill a Prescription button on our website. It will save you time and help us reduce our call volume during this period. This form can also be used to request that heartworm, and flea and tic prevention be prepared for pick-up.
Prescriptions which have expired or with no remaining refills require an appointment.
As always, please allow 24 hours for refills requests received Monday through Friday. Requests submitted over the weekend will require additional time to fill. You will receive a call or email (depending on your stated preference) when your prescription is ready for pick up.
Temporarily Suspended Services
Our Grooming service is currently closed.
Coronavirus in Pets
Idexx has a specific test.
Not found in pets naturally (5000 negative samples)
Has been detected in 2 dogs, 2 cats and a tiger. It was spread to these animals by humans
Cats and ferrets can show clinical signs (typically respiratory). Cats can likely infect other cats. Should use extra caution.
Pets probably shed virus for < 1 week. Fur is a relatively poor fomite (surface on which the virus can live and then transfer to a human or other pet).
